​Statewide Videoconferencing Migration Meetings

The Statewide Video Migration project kick-off meetings are scheduled July 9th and 10th. The project includes the migration of all legacy Polycom video conferencing systems to the new Cisco video platform. Feel free to forward this meeting invite to the appropriate personnel within your respective agency.

Both meetings will be delivered via WebEx. Your participation and interaction are encouraged. If you are unable to attend, a complete audio and visual recording of the meetings will be posted within 48 hour of the event, viewable at your convenience on the DoIT website.
