The project includes the migration of all AT&T Centrex, Frontier Centranet and POTS (Plain Old Telephone System) lines to the Enterprise VoIP System. The initiative also includes migrating the legacy Polycom Video Conferencing Systems to the new Cisco Video platform.
The meetings will be delivered via WebEx and will be interactive. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions verbally or by typing them into the Chat box that appears in the upper right of the WebEx screen. The DoIT Telecom Team will verbally answer questions as time allows.
