In our efforts to improve IT Coordinator processes, DoIT will host informational sessions covering Remedy OnDemand, software imaging and discuss the role of IT Coordinators. Attendance is strongly encouraged. If you miss the session, a complete audio and visual recording of the session will be posted within 48 hours of the event and can be viewed at your convenience.
The sessions will be delivered via WebEx and will be interactive. Participants will be muted upon entrance to the session. IT Coordinators will have an opportunity to ask questions verbally or by typing them into a Q&A box that appears in the upper right of the WebEx screen. Guest panelists will verbally answer questions as time allows.
